These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, digital products, consultations, challenges, programs, and offers (“Services”) provided by The Muse Insights LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services.
1. Scope of Services
We offer a range of Services, including but not limited to:
Done-for-you systems strategy and implementation
1:1 consulting and project management
Workshops, challenges, and live or pre-recorded trainings
Digital products, templates, and tools for business operations
These Terms apply to all current and future offerings, unless otherwise stated.
2. Payments & Billing
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
For payment plans: you agree to make all scheduled payments in full and on time. Missed payments may result in paused access or collections activity.
We accept major credit cards and secure third-party payment processors. We do not store or access your full payment information.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Digital Products & Challenges:
All digital downloads, templates, and challenge enrollments are non-refundable due to instant access upon purchase.
Consulting & Custom Services:
Because our services are personalized and time-based, we do not offer refunds once a project has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a session or pause a project, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. We do our best to be flexible and fair.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and systems shared through our Services are the intellectual property of The Muse Insights.
When you purchase from us, you’re granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
Resell, share, or distribute our materials
Use our templates or frameworks with clients (unless explicitly stated)
Reproduce or repurpose our content for commercial use without written permission
We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.
5. Results Disclaimer
We believe in the power of strong systems—but your results depend on your own effort, implementation, and market factors.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or revenue increases. By using our Services, you accept full responsibility for your progress and results.
6. Client Responsibilities
If you are engaging us for a consulting or implementation service, you agree to:
Communicate clearly and in a timely manner
Provide necessary materials and approvals
Meet agreed-upon deadlines or reschedule respectfully
Your collaboration is essential to the success of any project.
7. Access & Delivery
Digital products and challenge materials are delivered via email or designated platforms. Please ensure you enter your correct email at checkout.
For consulting and implementation packages, access details, timelines, and project scope will be provided in a custom agreement or onboarding document.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and treat all client information with confidentiality. Likewise, you agree not to share any behind-the-scenes strategies, tools, or proprietary information provided during our work together.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Muse Insights is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
This includes but is not limited to: lost profits, business interruptions, or inaccurate results due to third-party platforms or user error.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if a client is abusive, in breach of these Terms, or not aligned with our company values. In rare cases of early termination, access to materials will be revoked.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use our Services, you agree to any updates.
